Il 17 Settembre con Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani alla Decima edizione del 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝟒.𝟎

Decima edizione quest’anno per 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝟒.𝟎, il convegno che ogni anno chiama a raccolta i professionisti dell’arte bianca. Ad animarla, il 𝟏𝟕 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞, saranno 8 talk di altrettanti super-ospiti, tra cui anche lo chef spagnolo Davide Reartes.

Questi i relatori, scelti dal team di Italian Gourmet e provenienti da tutte le professioni, oltre a molti altri ospiti che animeranno la consueta tavola rotonda il cui tema sarà “𝘕𝘶𝘰𝘷𝘪 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵 𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘦 𝘥𝘪 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘰” daranno voce proprio a quel senso di evoluzione del concetto di panetteria contemporanea.

Tenth edition this year for 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝟒.𝟎, the conference that brings together white art professionals every year. It will be animated by 8 talks by as many super-guests, including the Spanish chef Davide Reartes.

These are the speakers, chosen by the Italian Gourmet team and coming from all professions, as well as many other guests who will enliven the usual round table whose theme will be “Welcome to the world 𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘦 𝘥𝘪 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘰” will give voice precisely to that sense of evolution of the concept of contemporary bakery.
